Mission
Blackland Income Growth Program (B.I.G.) is an open organization and as such, cordially invites and welcomes the full support of all persons having a personal interest in the general well-being of the agricultural and agri-business economy of the area. Educational programs conducted by B.I.G. serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, handicap or national origin. Each year Blackland Income Growth awards scholarships to outstanding 4-H members in Texas Blackland counties.
