Accessibility

Built for everyone.

We're committed to making Imperigo usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility isn't a checklist — it's part of how we build.

Our commitment

Imperigo aims to provide a product experience that is accessible and inclusive. We design and build with accessibility in mind and continuously improve as the product evolves.

Standards we target

Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.1, Level AA — the widely recognized baseline for modern web accessibility.

Some areas may not yet fully conform across all assistive technologies, browsers, and device combinations as we continue to improve.

Accessibility features

Keyboard support
Core navigation and interactive controls work without a mouse.
Visible focus states
Clear focus indicators help keyboard and switch users track their location.
Semantic structure
Headings, landmarks, and labels improve screen reader navigation.
Color-blind friendly
We avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning, and aim for strong contrast ratios.
Responsive layouts
Pages work on mobile and desktop with scalable, resizable text.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review key pages and components using:

  • Automated checks (contrast, labels, ARIA usage, heading structure)
  • Keyboard-only testing
  • Screen reader spot checks
  • Feedback from real users

Known limitations

Despite best efforts, some content or third-party elements may present accessibility challenges.

If you encounter a barrier, please let us know — we can fix it or provide an alternative way to access the same information.

Report an accessibility issue

If you have trouble using Imperigo, contact us and include:

  • The page URL (or what you clicked to get there)
  • What you were trying to do
  • Your device, browser, and any assistive technology you use

We do our best to respond promptly and prioritize fixes that block critical tasks.
