Mission

The Medical Reserve Corps is a State and Federal (National) network of local groups of volunteers engaging local communities to strengthen public health, reduce vulnerability, build resilience, and improve preparedness, response and recovery capabilities. Whatcom County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) serves all communities of Whatcom County to provide medical services for emergency response and preparedness, public health emergencies, such as street medicine for vulnerable and unhoused communities.
