Mission
The Capital Collective runs Capital Intensives tailored towards high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are ready to scale. These Capital Intentsives are periodic educational accelerator cohorts in targeted cities across the United States, where the objective is to equip SMEs with the knowledge and resources to access capital markets in order to grow and scale their businesses. We target the "Missing Middle" - smaller enterprises that we believe are not well served by mainstream institutional and non-institutional capital providers. The "Missing Middle" symbolizes companies between $1 to $10 million in revenue. For small businesses, less than 5% of businesses reach $1 million in revenue, and less than 1% reach $10 million in revenue. This disparity is the "missing middle." Through our intensive program, business owners gain the necessary support to grow and access capital.
