TO PROVIDE A CONTINUUM OF LIVING FOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN MANITOWOC COUNTY, WISCONSIN. OUR GOAL IS TO END HOMELESSNESS BY HELPING INDIVIDUALS TO TRANSITION TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND INDEPENDENT LIVING. THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, WE WILL OVERSEE NUMEROUS LIVING SITUATIONS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.
