Mission
The organization is for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of the Town of Fort Mill, South Carolina (the "Town"), a political subdivision of the State of South Carolina. More specifically, the Corporation was formed to assist the Town by (a) holding title, owning, financing, leasing, constructing, acquiring, operating, managing, disposing of and providing land, buildings, equipment, and facilities deemed useful for the Town in carrying out the Town's public purposes and (b) performing any other lawful activity deemed useful for the Town in furtherance of the Town's public purposes.
