Mission
The mission of Operation Pawpulation is to offer support and resources, including low-cost and no-cost spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchips in order to save lives by reducing the number of homeless pets in our community. Spaying and neutering also helps prevent health and behavior problems associated with being intact, making happier, healthier pets who are more likely to stay in their homes and out of shelters.
