The San Francisco Spikes is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501c3 Its primary mission is to promote health inclusion and community engagement through amateur athletics with a focus on supporting LGBTQ individuals and allies The organization provides an inclusive welcoming environment for participation in organized sports fosters teamwork and leadership and advances equity by reducing barriers to access Through practices competitions and community outreach the San Francisco Spikes strengthens social connection and promotes the well-being of diverse communities
