Mission
(a) To provide access to computers, adaptive equipment and other useful technology for people with disabilities. (b) To provide services so children with disabilities can succeed in school, adults with disabilities can find (and keep) jobs and all people with disabilities can use the internet, email and equipment so that they can live an independent and desegregated life.(c) To provide business consulting services to corporations, libraries, and government entities. The agency provides input on creating accessible websites and maintains a test bank of users with disabilities to test products and services.(d) To be involved in advocacy initiatives to enhance the lives of the disability community, including ways to improve access to technology and increase the ability of people with disabilities to live independently.
