Mission
The mission of The West Oakland Health Council is to improve the health and wellbeing of the communities it serves by providing the highest quality of health care and treatment for its diverse patient population throughout Alameda County. Each of the clinic's health centers strives to be a hub for health, compassion, engagement, and inspiration. The council has a special focus on African American Health and wellness. During the fiscal year, WOHC saw over 42,000 visits and had over 7,400 patients.
