Mission
Berkeley Technical Management is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for religious, educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. The specific purpose of this Corporation is to fund student-led research initiatives and donate to educational programs. Additionally, this Corporation may engage in any activities that are reasonably related to or in furtherance of its stated charitable purposes, or in any other charitable activities.
