The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to assist the apostolate and Catholics activities of Spanish-Speaking Catholics in the United States through digital media as well as all legally permited means of communication to help other nono profit organizations to fund Catholic formation activities thoughout the word to carry out other religious cultural charitable and educational activities as determined the Board of Directors
