Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes as shall qualify it for exemption from federal taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, but not limited to, providing education and training to the public on the use and management of data in civic organizing, promoting diversity, inclusivity, and non-discrimination in the non-profit sphere, and the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall inure to the benefit of any individual except that the Corporation may make payments of reasonable compensation for services rendered, nor shall any of the profits or assets of the Corporation be used other than for the purposes of the Corporation.
