Mission
See Gov's purpose is to increase thoughtful and consistent participation in democracy, starting with local government. We do this by making it easy and interesting for residents to understand their local governments through video highlights of local government meetings created with the assistance of AI. This material educates viewers about local issues, the positions of officials and other participants, and government performance, while also showing public participation to encourage further engagement. The organization creates and provides a platform used by journalists and civic creators to produce and distribute these video highlights.
