Mission
The Intertribal Tax Alliance, Inc., (ITA), exempt purpose is to provide tax education and assistance to federally recognized tribal governments. The ITA accomplishes its exempt purpose by sponsoring and hosting the National Intertribal Tax Conference to provide educational tax information and assistance to tribal governments for the purpose of developing, implementing, and administering various tribal governmental tax programs that raise revenues to defray the cost of providing essential governmental services to tribal communities.
