GCLI is dedicated to empowering BIPOC youth in the Inland Empire to become future leaders, activists, and community organizers. Founded on the belief that young people of color have the power to drive transformative, systemic change, GCLI provides education, mentorship, and resources that equip youth with the skills and confidence to lead effectively. Through innovative programs and strategic guidance, the organization fosters leadership development, advocacy, and civic engagementamplifying youth voices and strengthening their capacity to create lasting impact in their communities.
