Mission
The Corporation is organized to perform the charitable purpose to raise funds in order to create and maintain a park and erect memorials, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and to honor members of Beulah and the surrounding area who have significantly impacted the community and county for the benefit of citizens and visitors. To make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. To obtain and receive contributions, grants and endowment funds for purposes set forth.
