Mission
Operate exclusively for public charitable and educational purposes including for such purposes the making of distributions or donating to organizations that qualify as exempt organization under section 501 c3. The Corporation is organized and will be operated to advance and support the community of Modesto by serving the greater Modesto area regional businesses and community prosperity advocacy collaboration access to leaders economic development connectivity and business education and to solicit hold and disburse funds and property for the public benefit programs arranged through the Greater Modesto Chamber of Commerce in furtherance of such purposes.
