WHENEVER POSSIBLE, CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMS WITH OTHER CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY. SPARC STRIVES TO HELP CHILDREN AND FAMILIES MEET THEIR UNIQUE CHALLENGES AND PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
