Mission
ARTS FOR EVERETT, INC. is an artist-run nonprofit and community art space dedicated to making creative experiences available to everyone. Our flagship location, Art Lab Everett, welcomes all to explore artmaking as a consistent practice through our open hours and fee-scaled membership. We offer a variety of programs including workshops for adults and children as well as shared studio space for self-guided work. Think of Art Lab as just that: a lab. We encourage artists of all levels to learn, experiment and play. MISSION STATEMENT Arts for Everett, Inc. supports the growth and development of the arts in Everett by providing a physical space dedicated to the arts, creating arts events in public spaces and collaborating with organizations throughout Greater Boston to enrich the lives of Everett residents. The lab is a place of experimentation, emphasizing process over product while at the same time encouraging skill development and creativity.
