Hands of Hope African Outreach empowers vulnerable women and children in East Africa by partnering with small community-based organizations We support locally led initiatives that provide vocational training access to education healthcare access and development opportunities for vulnerable women and children in East Africa Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty through capacity-building sustainable development and direct support enabling grassroots organizations to expand their reach and impact in underserved communities
