Mission
Giving Circle Grantmaking. 100 Women Who Care at the Confluence (100 Women) operates as a membership-based giving circle. Members make annual contributions and participate in a collaborative grantmaking process to support local nonprofit organizations and female entrepreneurs. Throughout the year, members nominate and learn about eligible nonprofits and small businesses serving the community. At our quarterly meetings, members vote to select grant recipients, and the majority choice organization is awarded a $10,000 grant to support their programs and growth. As of July 2025, the organization has been able to offer $250 micro-grants to the runners up to thank them for their time. This model promotes community engagement, collective philanthropy, and direct support of local nonprofit organizations. In 2025, 100 Women awarded $40,900 in grants to 6 non profits and 4 female entrepreneurs in the Lewis Clark Valley.
