Mission
The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for exempt purposes including relief of the poor the distressed or underprivileged elimination of prejudice and discrimination defending human and civil rights combatting community deterioration and juvenile delinquency and educational purposes as set forth within I.R.C. Section 501c3. Such activities may include: provision of food shelter and temporary housing assistance transitional housing and affordable housing employment assistance transportation assistance and educational assistance. The corporation may carry out its purposes directly or by making gifts grants or other payments to other qualifying organizations.
