The primary exempt purpose of Indy Black Professionals is to enhance career development opportunities facilitate professional networking and support educational endeavors for Black professionals in Indianapolis We strive to promote diversity in the workforce foster a sense of community among our members and contribute to the economic and social vitality of the area through workshops mentorship programs community service and partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions Our activities are designed to empower our members and create a more equitable and inclusive professional landscape
