PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR BUILDING OFFICIALS TO LEARN SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY OF BUILDINGS. IT IS TO DEVELOP, RECOMMEND AND PROMOTE UNIFORM REGULATIONS AND LEGISLATION PERTAINING TO CONSTRUCTION THROUGH THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODES.
