THE PURPOSE OF THE LONE STAR FAMILIES FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYEES OF 1155 DISTRIBUTOR PARTNERS, LLC, D/B/A LONE STAR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES, A TEXAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (THE COMPANY). THE FOUNDATION SHALL STRIVE TO ACCOMPLISH THAT PURPOSE BY: (I) ENCOURAGING EMPLOYEES AND OTHER ENTITIES TO VOLUNTARILY SUPPORT THE FOUNDATION, (II) PROVIDING A MECHANISM FOR SUCH SUPPORT AND (III) PROVIDING AID AND SUPPORT TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES IN THE FORM OF HARDSHIP GRANTS.
