Mission
STEM Gems is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building a stronger, more inclusive STEM pipeline by empowering girls and young women of all backgrounds to explore, pursue, and excel in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Our mission comes to life through hands- on exploration, mentorship, and exposure to 40+ real-world careers and inspiring role models in all four STEM disciplines. By equipping girls with the skills, support, and confidence needed to thrive, we help them envision their futures and take tangible steps toward becoming the next generation of innovators, researchers, creators, and problem-solvers-STEM Gems.
