Mission
This nonprofit corporation is organized and operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of § 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding sections of any future federal tax code, and pursuant to the foregoing, the object for which this corporation is organized and its business and purpose shall include but not be limited to serving as the committee acting in support of the qualification and passage of ballot questions concerning medical cannabis in the State of Nebraska, as governed by the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act.
