Mission
Meals for Unity is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to uplift those in need through community and food. As a result of COVID19, the AAPI community in NYC witnessed a surge in social disparities, including violence, poverty, and food insecurity. What started as a one-time event to feed and aid our neighbors has evolved into Meals for Unity. Our pillars are to provide meals to vulnerable communities, amplify and support local food businesses, and spread awareness to promote community action.
