Mission
Force for Good Fund Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organizations mission is to provide timely financial assistance to Cascadia employees and their dependents who are experiencing significant hardship due to unforeseen emergencies, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, natural disasters, or other personal crises. The fund offers relief in the form of direct financial support to help cover essential living expenses and restore stability during difficult times. Examples of assistance include support with rent, groceries, emergency travel, hotel accommodations following displacement, medical-related work absences, or urgent vehicle repairs. By addressing immediate and basic needs, the Force for Good Fund helps affected individuals maintain their well-being and continue contributing to their communities and workplaces.
