Mission
The mission of Lockhart Child Development Center is to operate a secular non-profit in Cabarrus County providing safe, nurturing, high quality, developmentally appropriate early child care and education for children twelve weeks to five years with a focus on the individual childs age and ability in order to stimulate social, cognitive, physical and emotional growth.to operate a child-care center in Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina or such other location(s) as the Board of Directors may designate
