Mission
We are a professional organization dedicated to elevating the teaching profession, with a special focus on creating supportive and empowering environments for Black educators. We strive to offer a diverse range of resources and guidance, covering areas such as advocacy, civic engagement, and professional development, as well as recruitment and retention. We concentrate our organizational activities in public school districts throughout the State of Georgia, especially in areas with large disparities between the population of Black educators and Black students.
