Mission
Mission With a deep understanding of the needs of our diverse community we will form a pathway to achieve successful outcomes. We value the importance of maintaining unbiased high-quality childcare practices for all adults and children regardless of race gender or nationality. We stand for equality inclusion transparency and equity for all communities. DUENs exempt purpose is to continue to offer free training to strengthen the Early Childhood Education Workforce. We gain funding through donations and also grants from organizations and Washington State for professional development grants.
