Although Broken and Beautiful serves more than 200 incarcerated women each week in Missouri prisons through classes and support services the majority of its expenses are directed toward women after their release These costs primarily address ongoing mental health needs and help reduce anxiety by providing safe housing and essential resources Broken and Beautiful relies on the trust we build with the women while they are incarcerated to assist them in transitioning into safe sober living houses where we can confirm the results of our financial support
