Mission
The organization is an outgrowth of the Tres Dias movement. The "Tres Dias"movement is a Christian ministry derived from the Spanish Cursillo movement. The Tres Dias movement aims to revitalize Christian believers through a three-day retreat followed by a "Fourth Day" of continued discipleship. The movement is ecumenical, seeking to unite Christians from various denominations to encourage personal faith, study God's word, and inspire "apostolic action" in their homes and churches. The movement involves three sequential phases: the pre-weekend, the three-day weekend retreat, and the "Fourth Day". The weekend retreat is an intensive, cloistered experience focused on God's love. It includes "rollos" (talks) and meditations from both clergy and laypeople, leading to small group discussions. The "Fourth Day" phase is the rest of the individual's life, during which attendees are encouraged to maintain their spiritual growth through small group fellowship and to become servant leaders within
