Mission
The 4-Ten Project's primary exempt purpose is to provide comprehensive support services to individuals and families facing homelessness, food insecurity, and other life challenges. The organization aims to empower these individuals through housing assistance, nourishment programs, educational and vocational training, mental health counseling, and youth support initiatives, all with the goal of fostering self-sufficiency and improving overall quality of life.
