Mission
Our mission is to find employment for justice-involved individuals through prison outreach, employer education & business development services. We partner with the Oregon department of corrections and justice-oriented organizations. We bring community employers, unions, and resource providers into prisons for career fairs, expanding access to employment opportunities. Additionally, we focus on business development across the state and secured 125 new fair chance employers to create second-chance opportunities each month for the population we serve, contributing to the workforce and boosting our state's economy.
