Form 990 Part III Line 1 - Organization MissionAt Mothers of the Amazon, we recognize that the health of our planet and the future of our children relies intrinsically on the protection of the Amazon rainforest and those who defend it.Our mission: Protect the Amazon Rainforest, its biodiversity and the health of its Indigenous communities for future generations.Mothers of the Amazon works on critical Indigenous-led initiatives focused on health, environmental conservation, cultural preservation and climate education.Our efforts are concentrated on biodiversity conservation, the safeguard of some of the most biodiverse areas on Earth and combating deforestation and environmental degradation that threaten this vital biome and the diverse Indigenous communities it sustains.
