Mission
Leyden Township Community Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with §501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United State Internal Revenue law) and Section 103.05(a) of the Illinois General Not For Profit Corporation Act, 805 ILCS 105/101.01, et seq. More specifically, the corporation is organized to raise funds for the provision of a food pantry, clothes, toiletries, household essentials, holiday gifts. and other beneficial services to residents and charitable non-profits located in Leyden Township, Illinois.
