THE CORPORATION WILL HAVE A SPECIAL INTEREST IN WINNESHIEK COUNTY VETERANS AFFAIRS, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BUILDING OF A VETERANS MEMORIAL IN WINNESHIEK COUNTY, SUPPORT THE BUILDING OF A VETERANS MEMORIAL AND IN THE FUGURE, TO SUPPORT ITS MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP; LEND ALL POSSIBLE SUPPORT TO THE ACTIVITIES OF VETERANS OF THE ARMED FORCES IN WINNESHIEK COUNTY; ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN CONTACTS WITH THE VFW AND OTHER VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS; BUILD AND MAINTAIN AN ORGANIZATION OF VETERANS AND NONVETERANS WHO ADVOCATE FOR A VETERANS MEMORIAL AND VETERANS AFFAIRS.
