Mission
TLC Health & Wellness was founded with the mission to provide high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive services to promote healthy living, long-term wellness, and stronger communities. The agency primarily serves persons experiencing homelessness, including at-risk youth and young adults, adults, and families. Services include assistance with housing and utility payments, information and referral, navigation, behavioral health services, case management, workforce development, nutritional services, transportation, life skills, parenting education, childcare, and support accessing mainstream benefits.
