Mission
The mission of Kumeyaay Community College is to provide high-quality education and academic training grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems with a central emphasis on the Kumeyaay perspective. The College offers a range of programs and services designed to enrich both the cultural and educational experiences of its students and the broader community. Kumeyaay Community College regularly hosts cultural and language revitalization programs and events that provide opportunities for participants to engage with and learn about Kumeyaay traditions language history and heritage. These efforts foster community connection support cultural continuity and strengthen cultural identity and pride.
