Mission
Rubys Rescue & Refuge is a foster-based dog rescue whose mission is to help rescue rehabilitate and find loving homes for homeless dogs that are considered challenging to find homes for based on age breed or hardship. Rubys Rescue and Refuge is a no-kill 501c3 dog rescue. Rubys Rescue & Refuge pulls dogs from Arkansas shelters to save them from being euthanized. Once "pulled" the dog is placed in a foster home where he she is then spayed neutered bought UTD on vaccinations and treated for any other existing medical care. Rubys then pays for the ongoing monthly care of each dog until he she is adopted dog food HW prevention Vet care.
