PROVIDE CHILD DAY CARE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS THAT QUALIFY FOR FEDERAL AND STATE ASSISTANCE AS WELL AS TO THOSE THAT DO NOT QUALIFY. SERVICES WILL INCLUDE MEALS AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES APPROPRIATE FOR THE AGE OF THE CHILD.
