Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes making distributions to organizations that provide subsidized mental health solutions that qualify as exempt organizations on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or corresponding section of any future federal tax law Section 501c3. The specific objectives of this organization shall be: a Provide financial assistance to soldiers serving in the Israel Defense Forces IDF either pre-service current or post discharge individuals and family members and that though trauma or inability to cope with life situations require urgent assistance and access to mental health therapy that would not otherwise be able to them. b Provide continuing education to mental health care professionals for treating clients with trauma and PTSD.
