Mission
Parker Learning Gardens was formed to provide inclusive hands-on educational experiences that reconnect people with land food systems ecology and community through regenerative agriculture and environmental stewardship. The organization exists to create accessible opportunities for youth families and community members to learn practical life skills related to gardening food production sustainability habitat restoration animal care and natural resource conservation. Through educational farm programs workshops seasonal classes camps volunteer opportunities and community food access initiatives Parker Learning Gardens promotes environmental responsibility healthy food systems outdoor learning and community resilience. The organization also works to preserve and steward agricultural land and biodiverse habitat while making educational and nature-based experiences accessible to families of varying income levels.
