Mission
The Stroke Foundations mission is to support stroke survivors and caregivers through education advocacy community resources and direct assistance programs. Through its Survivor Fund the organization provides financial support to help stroke survivors access rehabilitation services and other recovery-related needs. The Foundation also works to increase awareness of stroke recovery challenges connect families with practical information and reduce barriers to rehabilitation independence and long-term quality of life.
