Mission
WIN Together's purpose is to empower women from underserved communities by providing workshops and community specific programming that offers training in negotiation, advocacy and other skills needed for personal and professional success. WIN Together's programming and activities will include i providing scholarships to needs-based women to attend the WIN Women in Negotiation Summits and Workshops to enable them to learn basic negotiation and self-advocacy skills 60, ii internships to help women gain the skills needed to re-enter the workplace 20, iii research around women and negotiation skills as a tool to bridge pay and opportunity gaps for women in the workplace generally 10, and iv though leadership articles on negotiation and women 10.
