GeNxt Ministries Inc is a community non-profit in the state of Maryland It was formed in response to the need for African Americans to once again lead their families faith institutions and communities as a whole That doesnt happen overnight but over time with careful and strategic planning organizing and mobilizing of the younger generations The vision and goal of this organization is the mobilization of individuals who see themselves as leaders - in their families in their social groups or in their or communities - to lend their talents and other abilities to community elevation projects Failure to organize and mobilize will result in the loss of control of our anchoring institutions namely families churches schools and government In order for institutions to be successful the next generation has to become a part of the fabric Their elevation is key to continuity within all institutions beginning with the first and foundational institution called the FAMILY
