The Mindful Group Inc. is a Milwaukee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through workforce training, job placement, and holistic support services. Our mission is to provide access to education, employment, and essential resources that foster economic self-sufficiency and career advancement. We specialize in skilled trades training, career pathway development, and strategic partnerships with businesses and educational institutions. Our wraparound services-such as housing, childcare, and transportation assistance-remove barriers to success. By leveraging data-driven workforce solutions, we create sustainable career opportunities for individuals facing employment challenges, including justice-involved individuals and low-income families.
